Turkey Wraps

  • 2/3 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/3-cup mayonnaise
  • 5 large tortillas
  • 5 iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 2 cups cooked turkey
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1/8-teaspoon basil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Pepper to taste


  • Combine cranberry sauce and mayonnaise in a small bowl.
    Spread about 3 tablespoons down middle of each tortilla.
    Lay 1 leaf lettuce on each tortilla.
    Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl.
    Divide between the 5 tortillas.
    Wrap each one up.
    Serve with your favorite Golden Valley Salsa.
