Russian Meatballs

  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 small bottle Russian salad dressing
  • ½ cup Golden Valley Apricot jam
  • Meatballs


  • Mix first 3 ingredients.
    Place meatballs in small roasting pan or casserole dish.
    Cover with sauce.
    Bake at 350 degrees 25-30 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
