Hot Turkey Sandwiches

  • 1/3 –1/2-cup gravy
  • 4 slices white bread
  • 6 tablespoons cooked stuffing
  • 4 oz. Turkey
  • 4 tablespoons cranberry sauce
  • Pepper to taste


  • Place 2 slices white bread side by side on microwave able plate.
    Spread with some of gravy.
    Divide stuffing between bread slices.
    Cover with layer of turkey.
    Next spread on cranberry sauce.
    Cover and microwave 1 ½-2 minutes.
    Put second bread slices on top.
    Cover with remaining gravy, which has been slightly thinned with water.
    Pour over bread. Microwave 1 minute more.
    Season with pepper. Let stand 1 minute.
    Makes 2 sandwiches.
