Fried Tortillas with Beef or Chicken

  • Flour tortillas
  • Ground beef or chicken cooked and drained
  • Grated cheddar cheese
  • Butter
  • Chopped lettuce and tomato
  • Golden Valley salsa


  • Place 2 tablespoons butter into a large skilled on medium heat.
    Fry tortilla both sides.
    Place beef or chicken down center of tortilla in skillet.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Cook both sides of tortilla to golden brown.
    Remove and top with lettuce, sour cream and your favorite salsa.
