Aunty Judy's Quiche

  • 1 can evaporated milk (or one cup milk not skim)
  • 5 Golden Valley eggs
  • 6 strips fried bacon
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1-teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon chicken bullion
  • One uncooked piecrust


  • Tear cooked bacon into pieces and place in the bottom of a 9" or 10" piecrust.
    Beat eggs. Add milk, cheese, salt and pepper and chicken bullion.
    Pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees 45-55 minutes.
    Quiche is done when knife inserted half way between center and edge of quiche comes out clean.

    Variation: leave out bacon and add a variety of chopped vegetables.
