Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium size bowl, combine flour and 3 tablespoons sugar.
Cut in margarine using a pastry blender until resembles coarse crumbs.
Press into a 9x13" pan.
Bake for 10 minutes, remove and let cool for 10 minutes.
In a medium bowl, beat eggs and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add remaining ingredients; pour over base.
Return to oven and bake 25-30 minutes.
Cool and cut into squares.
