Val's Pork Sausage and Egg Casserole

  • 1-pound pork sausage
  • 10 Golden Valley eggs
  • 3 cups light cream or milk
  • 1-teaspoon salt
  • 1-teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 box stuffing (sage or cheese and garlic)
  • 1-cup cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 1-cup Swiss cheese (grated)


  • Cook and drain sausage.
    Grease a 9x13" pan and sprinkle stuffing packet into pan.
    Cover with grated cheese.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cheese layer.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
