Frozen Blueberry Muffins

  • 4 cups flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1-cup butter or margarine (softened)
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 Golden Valley eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries


  • Combine dry ingredients.
    Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
    Add vanilla and milk.
    Add dry ingredients and stir to combine.
    Fold in frozen blueberries.
    Grease muffin tins. Fill ½ full.
    Sprinkle with the following topping.

    Topping:

  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg


  • Bake at 375 degrees 25 minutes.
    Makes 2 dozen.
