Mix dry ingredients.
Beat eggs until frothy.
Mix in oil and milk.
Pour into dry ingredients and stir.
Fold in blueberries.
Pour into angel food pan.
Cover with streusel topping.
Streusel Topping:
1/3-cup flour
1/3-cup brown sugar
¼ cup margarine
1-teaspoon cinnamon
Bake at 350 degrees 50-60 minutes.
Cool 30 minutes before removing from the pan.
