Best Blueberry Muffins

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 ½ cups white sugar
  • 1-teaspoon salt
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2/3-cup oil
  • 2 Golden Valley eggs
  • 2/3-cup milk (approximately)
  • 1-cup blueberries


  • Combine dry ingredients.
    Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
    Combine the oil and egg in a 2 cup measuring cup.
    Add milk to make 2 cups (approximately 2/3 cup milk).
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Grease muffin tin.
    Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
