South West Dip

  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1/3-cup Golden Valley Three-Bean Salsa
  • 3 ripe avocados, mashed
  • 3 tablespoons lemon or limejuice
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1-cup sour cream1 cup grated cheddar
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ package dry taco seasoning
  • Green onions, chopped
  • 1 small can sliced black olives
  • 2 medium tomatoes (diced)


  • Layer in the following order on a shallow serving platter.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
    1st Layer - Mix Golden Valley Three Bean Salsa with refried beans
    2nd layer - Mix avocados (mashed) with lemon juice, salt and pepper
    3rd layer - Blend sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco mix.
    Let sit at room temperature until softened
    4th layer - Drain olives. Mix with chopped green onions and tomatoes.
    Sprinkle cheese over top.
